SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

Standard UK shipping is £5 per order.

Orders over £55 qualify for FREE UK shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

MADE TO ORDER

Many Frog Commando products are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

This is the time required to prepare and produce your order and is separate from the delivery time after dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the delivery service used.

You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on its way. Where tracking is available, tracking information will also be provided.

Delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate it with the delivery provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unless international delivery options are specifically displayed at checkout, Frog Commando currently ships within the UK only.
