Our Story

IT STARTED WITH A TARGET.

A Royal Marines recruitment poster gave me a target at 16.

At 19, I earned my Green Beret and went on to qualify as a Mountain Leader.

UK Special Forces was the next target. On my third attempt, I passed and went on to serve with the SBS.

I went on to serve with the SBS, where I specialised in military diving - working underwater on jobs I still cant talk about.

"A Frogman, in other words."

Since then, I’ve worked as a security specialist and as a Ground Hunter on Channel 4’s Hunted.

I also host the Under Pressure with Pasha podcast, where I dig into how people handle the hardest moments of their lives.

Different people. Different experiences. The same question — how do you perform when the pressure is on?

Frog Commando is the kit that carries the same message.

Tees, hoodies and caps, designed by me, for anyone grinding towards something that hasn't happened yet.

It isn't about where you started or how many times you've been knocked back.

It's about getting comfortable being uncomfortable — and continuing to fight until you get there.

KEEP FIGHTING UNTIL YOU GET THERE
